The alarm didn’t go off
This should never happen, and we want to know about it. On Android, check that WakeYa is exempt from battery optimisation and allowed to show notifications and alarms; on iPhone, that notifications and background audio are permitted. Then send us your phone model and OS version — this is our top-priority category of bug.
The AI voice didn’t come, only the classic alarm
That is the fallback working as designed: whenever the AI path fails (no connection, provider outage, expired session), WakeYa rings the classic alarm instead of risking that you oversleep. If it happens repeatedly on a good connection, tell us and include the time and the alarm settings.
Subscription, refunds, restore
Subscriptions run through the App Store or Google Play — we never see your payment details. Manage or cancel in your store account. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google. If a purchase isn’t recognised in the app, use “Restore purchase” in the settings first; if that fails, write to us.
Delete my data
No account, no user database: everything WakeYa learns about your mornings stays on your device, and uninstalling removes it. Two pseudonymous records live outside the app — crash diagnostics, and your subscription entry if you bought Premium. You can have both deleted: the app shows the two IDs in its privacy settings, ready to copy. Send them to us and we will take care of it. Note that deleting the subscription record does not cancel the subscription itself — you do that in your store account.
